Rural Computer Education Mission (RCEM) is a national project promoted by Parivartnam for Rural Youth who are educated in computer and want to be Self-Employed. This is a project where employment, teaching and learning are inter-related. The organisation dream for Total Computer Literacy in Villages of Country. The mission started from a small village of Jainagar and Domchanch block of Koderma district with two computers under the program of vocational trainings. Since the lack of computer in the schools and unavailability of right teachers in the villages are major concern that computer education is not picking the pace in villages of backward areas. No doubt that bright buds can originate from anywhere whether it is slum or urban, the need is to provide equal platform for everyone to make them grow from each corner and reduce the social imbalance.
